Get strong, streamlined and flexible at New England Yoga's Pilates Studio! Students are able to work out on the reformers, cadillac, mat, chairs, in addition to small apparatus. It's a great way to enhance athletic performance, gain core strength and create freedom of movement.
$14/class pay-as-you-go/all students who have yoga coupon books or monthly passes may use them for the Pilates Mat Classes! Pilates Mat Classes are held on Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30 a.m., in the Large Group Room.

Class size is limited to 3 students.
These classes run in monthly sessions - $100 4wk/$125 5wk ($25/class). The monthly sessions begin the first of each month. The sessions are valid for the month registered for and cannot be carried over into the next monthly session.
Pre-payment & pre-registration are required one week prior to new session to hold your spot in class.
Because this is a month-long commitment, we highly recommend picking a class that you can commit to for the month.
There is a strict 24 hour cancellation notice required to ensure that the instructor will have enough time to find a sub., to take your place, or get notice to the other student(s) that class will not be held because of cancellations. In order to keep our pricing low, yet provide highly qualified pilates instructors, it is essential that at least 2 students are attending each group apparatus class in order to run that class.
Students will be allowed one make-up per month, as long as 24 hour cancellation notice has been given and depending on whether or not there is a space open in another appropriate level group apparatus class.
You may come in as a drop-in, pending space availability, for $30/class. You can check the schedule or send an e-mail within 24 hours of a class start time to determine if there is space. You will be asked to supply a credit cared # if we hold a spot in class for you, or you can pre-pay by cash or check at the studio. Drop-in students should have experience specific to the class wanting to drop in on.
